How may I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Shipping

All items are gift boxed and will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail with a tracking number, typically within 3 business days after payment clears.  If you live locally, in the Frostburg/Cumberland, Maryland, area and wish to avoid shipping costs, please contact me prior to checkout and we can make arrangements for an in-person pickup.

Returns

I do my best to ensure that the colors and sizes are represented as truly as possible through the photographs and descriptions and that the workmanship is of the utmost quality.  However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly.  If the issue can be rectified, I will do so to the best of my ability.  Otherwise, returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt and a refund made for the original purchase price, less shipping charges. Goods must be in their original unaltered condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and a return tracking number must be provided.  Custom Orders and any fees associated with them are NOT refundable. 

Custom Orders

There's something special about getting to design a piece that perfectly suits the recipient, so I do welcome custom orders both for jewelry and small sculpture or ornaments.  If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me directly.  Typically, I begin with gathering the pertinent information about the recipient, timeline, price range, photos, and/or any other info needed.  There will be a modest up front fee for this design process; however, this will be deducted from the final cost of your order.  I typically present a few different designs within the customer's chosen price range.  Once any tweaks are made and you've decided on the final design, a custom product entry will be added to the shop where you will complete the order and make payment. Construction on the piece will begin after payment has cleared.  Often, I will send photographic updates so you can see the progress on your piece, and I will notify you when the item has been shipped.   Please allow ample time for custom orders, and for holiday orders, the earlier they are received the better.  Construction time will vary based on the design, and items are completed in the order in which they were received.  If you have any questions, please contact me using the "contact" button below.
